Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). On every visit Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier and referrer, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and fast website. Vercel acts as our processor. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More: Vercel's privacy notice.
Browser storage
When you pick agents to compare or choose a region, the site remembers that in your browser's local storage (keys atlas-compare and atlas-region). This never leaves your device and is not sent to us. It is needed for the feature you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it any time in your browser settings.
Font
The Inter font is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Links to other sites
Links to makers, press reports or X open third-party sites only when you click them. Their privacy policies apply there.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to hallo@brainarts.studio. You can also complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
